Bought a case of 380 ammo for my wife's new Glock 42...the price was consistent with the other companies I was looking at and the shipping was normal....But when it was time to shot the ammo that is where the problem was. The size of the clip holds 6 rounds we were averaging 2/6 rounds fired, ejected and the new round was ready to fire. After taking with a few people and the store/range where we bought the gun, we tried the ammo in at least 6 other guns, same brand and model and different brand and models with different people firing with the same issue....so we decided to try a few different brands of ammo in her Glock and have had absolutely no issues with the ammo fire, eject and the next round ready to fire....I tried a few times to email the company to ask if I could talk with a representative, or find out if there was a problem with the batch of ammo.....it has been 4 months so far and I still haven't heard anything back, so there customer service is absolutely worthless. I know I'm a single customer and I don't buy 50k rounds a year....but this company has forever lost my business

It started with great stuff at really good prices. The customer service was excellent. 6 weeks ago that all went to SH&*T FAST. Ordered HORNADY PRIMED BRASS... but they did not send me NEW PRIMED HORNADY brass. I had to message them and ask what was going on. They shipped me a mixed case of truly crap brass I would not even load. 4 different manufacturers and looked like trash- not the NEW UPRIMED UNFIRED HORNADY I ordered. SO you waste 45 minutes over 8 days telling them of the error then you have to DRIVE (in $5/gallon land) to a UPS store to return the item. That is another HOUR of my time because they sent me SH^&T and NOT what was listed or purchased by me. They stuffed me and I think just hoped I would suck it up. SO the next item is a 1000 lot of bullets at a stupid cheap price. But 80% of the bullets weigh LESS THAN what the description says I will receive. HUH? How do they (WHY do they) do this to customers? So I have written them 3X and not heard anything. Again. WASTING MY TIME and BURNING up my patience, and costing me real CASH in gas to return crap I did not order. I got some great stuff from them but then they started this "let's ship him crappy stuff and see if he notices". So in the end 3 of my 10 or so orders have been incorrect. That is 3 times I have wasted my time after not getting what I ordered. Loved some of the items but I am done with this aggravation and wasting of my time.

Highly recommend this place. I had a chance to go inside their place and was impressed. They go out of the way to ensure the customer is satisfied. Have shot around 2,000 9mm rounds through several types of guns with no issues at all. They were recommended to me by another USPSA shooter, and I am glad I found them. Will order my next few thousands rounds from them without hesitation. Rounds are like new, with all new components to include the brass casings. Cannot beat their prices, quality, and customer service. Thank you once again Chris! Look forward to buying many more rounds from them.
