NatchezSS

I've purchased quite a few things, mostly ammo, from Natchez over the past several years. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I doubt that is a factor. So far I have never had a problem or any of tissues I see listed in some of the bad reviews. They are usually competitive but seldom the lowest price. However, prompt shipping, product quality, and customer service seem to be in line with the best on line sellers and I wouldn't hesitate to place a large order with them right now if they have what I need. They were recommended to me by a friend, and I recommend them to anyone that asks.

Ammunition was ordered from Natchez and a badly re-taped damaged box arrived with bullets pouring out of the box onto the street, driveway and lawn, causing a significant safety issue for the neighborhood. The shipment was missing over 400 items. This being my first order with Natchez, I offered several options replace the missing items, refund the money for the missing items or offer credit on a future order. Natchez wrote back and apologized for the inconvenience and stated the information has been forwarded to our customer service department and to allow them 2-3 business days to address your concern. One (1) week later, I called again and Natchez indicated they were unaware of the situation and to write to customer service, which I had already done. Natchez does not stand by their products, have quality control or assurance, know how to ship or package ammunition nor has trust-worthy customer service. The buyer has been warned shop elsewhere!

I made my order and it came considerably faster than i expected. Pricing seemed to be about the going rate at the time. Product was loose ammo and looked new and in the packaging from the manufacturer.

Ordered 500 rounds and this does not look like new ammo. I've never purchased a box of ammo that looked so much like reloads and at these premium prices. The shipping was fast - but I'm not sure about this ammo.... Until I get further input and inspection to verify as to whether this was just new ammo that was not cared for and stored horribly, or that it is reload sold as new - I will not buy from this seller nor recommend them.

I am a new customer to NatchezSS. My 1st order was rec'd without problems. As such, I placed a new order 15-Apr 2021 with the same expectation as the first. Glad to have found another dependable supplier. I wish that NatchezSS shipped via UPS.

NatchezSS is always great. I order 90 percent of my ammo from them. They are quick and have competitive pricing.

Great overall experience. They had the best price on 22lr ammo compared to any other retailer on the internet. Shipping was normal and product was as advertised. I will buy from NatchezSS from now on.
