    My sister and her husband went into the shop to buy firearms. Her husband asked to use the restroom and was told "this is America, it's free". They then asked to see some items and my sister was asked for "papers". When she asked "what papers?" they said proof of citizenship. My sister replied saying she is a US citizen and the response was "how should I know, you just walked in here off the street." Very rude, and racist! My sister is Puerto Rican. It's a shame, we still live in such a divided country. My sister ended up purchasing from Frank's, which isn't far away. US Armorment missed out on a $1500 sale. Their loss. Will never shop here and will tell all our friends about my sister's horrible treatment.

    I am out of my home state, staying with family for medical reasons. I submitted my order with home (license) billing addr, and out of state shipping address as ME, c/o Family@ addr. First they suspended the order and asked for proof of age and billing addr. I'm used to that and they assured me they deleted the image I sent after confirming. Then they cancelled because they don't ship to c/o addresses. Frustrated that they didn't tell me that the first time, I placed the order without the c/o. THEN they told me they don't do ship to second parties. I had already explained that it is not second party as I am the buyer (billing addr) and recipient (shipping addr), and the sole user of the purchase. Bottom Line: I thought I'd try a new supplier for my training materials, but I'm going back to established companies that are easy to work with and have a proven track record with me. PS: I had to put something in Price Rating, so I was honest enough to mark them well, but overall I give them a 1 star. Even with very good prices, they are too difficult to work with unless they were 50% lower than the lowest retailer.

    Their shipping department did not know how to put a label on a box so my package was lost for 2 weeks due to an "obscured label" as I was told by FedEx. Very rude replies to emails on top of that. Nearly 3 weeks later I get my package, I ordered 1000 rounds of .45, they gave me 900 rounds of .45 and 50 rounds of .40 S&W which is useless to me since I do not own a 40 S&W firearm. The boxes of ammo looked like they were stored in a wet, damp basement for years, as a few of the boxes seem to have gotten wet & a few boxes were even taped up. Luckily, the ammo seems to be stock, at first glance they look like reloads because the ammo is so dirty. I contacted them and asked for a partial refund, as 100 rounds of the ammo I ordered were missing and on top of that due to their incompetent shipping department, I missed a shooting tournament. No reply from them. I explained the whole situation to my CC company and I will be receiving a partial refund. There are reasons this company is rated so low. They are incompetent, rude, and do not value their customers. I took the plunge because the ammo was a decent a price but all I got was a headache. Looking back, I would have rather paid a bit more for a better product, and ALL of the product I was due. AVOID this fly-by-night organization if you can.

    Cancelled my order and did not notify me. I waited over a week before I realized what happened. By then, ammo was more expensive and harder to find. They falsely claimed it was because I asked them to ship to a UPS Store mailbox, but I did not. I provided my home address for shipping. Credit card billing address is UPS store box. Customer service rep had bad attitude and didn;t reply to my follow up email. AVOID THIS SELLER!
